T R U N K S T A T E HS

Post by DjeSan »

Hello, I hope you're doing well.

I am experiencing an issue with external calls to numbers starting with 011. When I try to make a call from my Alcatel 4039 office phone, it displays "Out of Service".

When I run the command trkstat -r 6 (the trunk that handles these calls), I get the following output:
trkstat -r 6

"When I perform an **rstcpl** on cards **1-5**, **1-18**, and **0-18**, which are **NDDI** and **NDDI2** cards, their status changes from **"HS"** to **"F"**. However, when I try to make a call, the status suddenly changes from **"F"** → **"B"** → **"HS"**, and no calls go through.

Does anyone have a possible solution?"

analog line check teh line , put a standard analog set at the patch panel and check if there's a dial tone from the telco
