Alcatel OXO Decommissioning?

I hope this is the right forum for this question.

We have an Alcatel OXO system with a few analog phones and a few IP phones (8008). We've encountered many issues with the IP phones, partly due to the lack of assistance from the company managing the system. As a result, we are considering switching to a different system.

I am not familiar with our current system. I would like to understand if it is still up-to-date, if it could be sold used in case we switch, if licenses can be sold, and what their value might be.

I managed to gain access to the OMC and took some screenshots. It seems to be a pretty powerful machine compared to what has been set up by that company.

It also appears that we had a license to directly connect the PBX to our SIP trunk. However, the company left us with a subpar Patton SIP-to-ISDN gateway for four years. When I recently inquired about switching to a direct connection, they claimed Alcatel would have forced us to buy SIP licenses.

I would also like to:
- Save the current configuration of the system.
- Change the passwords.
- Perform a factory reset before decommissioning/sale.

Can someone provide instructions?

Hi,
You could definitely resell this.
But it would need to be to a business partner so they can re-use it.
What phone system are you switching to ?
