Set up Busy to extension

Dear Sirs,
How we can setup Busy function to extension when the phone is Busy?

I mean when Internal call to the other extension is busy. It's immediate to indicated extension.
For exsample: Ext 6210 call to 6211 (is on busy). It's auto go to 6213 we setup BUSY to ext (6213).

TWO WAYS
1)Overfl.busy to assoc.set -----> true , it's under user dynamic state, indeed the associate set should defined under user config

Associated Set No. : 51009 , 6213 in you case x
x Cost Center ID : 255
2)forward type Immediate forward on busy ----> same under user dynamic state , Forward Directory Number have to be filled there
