xBS Migration

Hi, we are migrating our base station to xBS but having issues with the signal strength. We noticed in Multicell, all the xBS DECT property are in "Master" and not locked. We tried the run xbssynchro but the primary ip address does not respond.

Anyone form here encountered same issues and know how to solve this? Already escalated to ALE R&D, a lot of process and logs collected but still cannot solve the issues.
