OS6900-V48C8 use as switch only

Hello,
I have a OS6900-V48C8 and I want to use it only as switch and not as router?
I want to use 1 port as uplink for the vlans from another router and another port to connect to another switch. So the vlans must pass to the other switch.
So port 1/1/48 is uplink from the main router. I have 4 vlans with /28 IP-s for each vlan from the router. Port 1/1/45 is connected to another switch and I want to pass the VLANs to that switch to?
The problem I have is that the VLAN-s are not working. I can't connect to the router (gateway)?
Is there something I am missing or what?
