slowg over writte warning on NMS system

I am facing problem on NMS monitoring system as warning alert, kinly tell us how can i resolve it, please provide solution

"Swlog to /flash/slowg.chassis*flie may fail.reason: Switch log file reached 100%, overwritten!!"

This isn't a big problem. The oldest logs will be written to an archive. If this is every day (or after 2..3 days) you should look for the mostly logs and find the reason for it.
To avoid the message:
You can change the log-level - than you have not so much logs.
Or you can change the size of the log-files. Than the warning message will be not so often (my prefered solution).

i know that not a big issue but regularly showing sow asking about it , you mean to say check switch logs or nms logs, it is reflect after changing of password, so i thing, it is synchronization issues by the chassis of switch

check direct at the switch: show log swlog
