Incoming call problem with Cisco 8851 phone
Hello, I have a problem with incoming calls with the Cisco 8851 phone in question with third-party multi-platform firmware. With outgoing calls from the phone everything works normally, but with incoming calls it does not work. I tried the same phone on CUCM also as a third party and everything works normally, however with Alcatel the exchange does not work. Can you guide me where to look for the problem?
