oxo e1 problem

hi
i have a customer who is having oxo ver 1.1/68.001 with 1 pra t2 interface to the public operator through a radio.

the problem is the PRA goes down once in a while and cannot make or receive calls. When down, the PRA card gives LED indication of RAI and sometimes CRC. also when working normal, the dial tone from E1 line is giving cracking noice(only on PRA, analog trunks are working ok)

the E1 is linked through a radio with
interface=E1
FDL=enable
CAS=enable
the BER of radio is 1X10-8

the history table in PM5 shows ISDN layer1 problem with event 56 and complimenatry info 01 04 FF FF

the Hw anomaly table shows event 52 and 53.

please let me know what to do?

You should set up some BERT and loopback test with the provider.
Usually, when the provider says it's my board, I just loop back the board and monitor. Then of course I call back and say that everything is clear on my side, so they make test, they call me and tell me "nothing is wrong", and I never have errors again.. God only know why, lol ...
