CapManAccess/LibSharedMem error on console

Hi, I have 6860 switch with AOS 8.4.1.141.R03

After a while I get this message on the switch if put any commands:

CapManAccess: Init for swlog shared memory failed
LibsharedMem: Init for swlog shared memory failed

I can't to save configuration because of this issue only commands for ouptut info is working.

Has anyone encountered such a problem?

P.S. The same story with swithc 6900 on the same AOS version.
I believe this is a problem with this software version.
