Reset OmniSwitch 6602 to factory defaults

Hello,

is there a possibility to reset an OmniSwitch 6602 to factory defaults? I didn't find a solution in this forum that works.

Delete the "boot.cfg" from the working and certified directory, then reboot. The switch is back with the default configuration...

If you want to factory default the passwords, you have also to delete the userTableX (where X is a number) file located in the network directory. You can do this in the same step as deleting the boot.cfg and then reboot.

On the Business Partner WebSite you can find a tech-tip database. But this one is only available for Business Partners. Regarding this kind of issue it is, in my honest opinion, quite obvious that deleting the boot.cfg/UserTable will factory default the device ...

in this kind of issue, it is obvious that deleting the boot.cfg will factory reset the switch - if you know it
