Handset Firmware download

Hi,

I was wondering if someone know where I can download the firmware for the phone. I am after R510 5.45.17.3810 for a new 8068S handset with handset.

You probably need to contact a certified Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise business partner. The Premium Deskphones 80x8s firmwares are automatically updated by installing a new minor/major SW release on the PBX. A manual update of the set is also possible but you need an ALE BP Portal access.
