6900-T40 initial configuration

Hi all,

I am having problems with the initial configuration of a 6900-40T switch: In the box there was no USB-RJ45 adapter, and the adapters I have tried don't work with this switch. Is there an alternative method to initially configure this switch? Does the EMP port have a default IP configuration? Is DHCP client active in the factory default settings for the default VLAN?

you can create the adapter by youself

DHCP is active in factory default setting. Depending from the release there are some ways to onboard the switch into your system (f.e. into OV or OVC). But the best way is to use for the first start the serial console.
