SIP user did not connect to the redundant CPU went it is in main role.

Post by aflores »

Hello all. Hope all you are fine.

System OXE R.10 with extrange situation behavior.

System with redundancy.

CPU are Applyance Servers.

All phone are SIP users, Phone Model 4018_EE. Almost 1000 users configured about 900 registered.

Issue:

Crystal 0 :

+-------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Cr | cpl| cpl type | hw type | cpl state | coupler ID |
|----|----|------------|-----------|--------------|-----------------|
| 0 | 6 | App. Server|---------- | IN SERVICE | BAD PCMS CODE | (named: tseniat_06)
| 0 | 10 | App. Server|---------- | IN SERVICE | BAD PCMS CODE | (named: tseniat_10)
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+

When cpu named: tseniat_06 is in role Main averthing works fine, no trouble.

When cpu named: tseniat_10 is in role Main any phone can connect to the server, on ecreen appears "NOT CONNECTED"

If the cpu named: tseniat_06 takets control again (role main) everything works fine again.

I have attached some infomation just in case will be helpfull. There is an sipconfig file for exmaple.

Regars.

check that both CPU have the same role IP address and use this IP as your proxy server

Did you mean?:

proxy2_addr=10.159.183.51
proxy2_port = 5060
registrar2_addr=10.159.183.51
registrar2_port = 5060
outbound_proxy_addr=
outbound_proxy_port=

I will try to do the test asap and let you know the result.

thanks
