Echo in 8001 handset when calling on analog trunk

Hi:

I have some trouble getting rid of the echo in the 8001 handset or side tone when using analog trunk ( It also happens in handsfree mode). We have tried the Gain labels in Memory Read/Write / other labels, but we do not find the one for 8001 or SIP phones. We have OXO connect R4 and R3. We also tried the Access parameter: very short line, but the echo is still there. For sip trunks or T2 trunks there is no problem. For local calls between sip phones or to 80X8 no problems either. We found a label called "GainExtSp", but I can not find information for it in the documentation or in the Noteworthy Addresses docs. For the 80X8 we did fix it with the labels for GAinNoe_iP.
