It's been a long battle, but we moved again our server to another cloud service, protecting ourselves from (sadly) Chinese IP Addresses, which would bring down AlcatelUnleashed. OXE user gives the voice prompt not authorised when dialing the Ext. VM number

We have OXE and ICS messaging , previously it was working fine.

Now, when the OX E user dials the external VM dir number , it gives the prompt , the number dialed is not authorised.

In SIP traces , the call fails giving global failure.

If anybody can share the steps to configure the ICS 8440 as External VM to OXE users, that will also be helpful.
I will try to check and isolate the problem .
