Provide MoH in Attendant Group

Post by thefil »

Hello,

I would like to provide music on hold on incoming calls when attendant consoles are busy. For the time being callers receive ringback tone and they believe that attendant group doesn't answer their calls.

Any suggestion?

thanks in advance

You dont need to use incoming greeting guide just check entity voice guides, Operator Waiting Guide should be 110 as advised above (or you can use your own) as this just repeats all operators are busy,

If you MOH is a VG you could also use that

Then modify timer 102 to the time you want it to cut in when the operator is actually busy
