Where are the logs located?

Recently all our IP phones keeps on rebooting randomly for no reason. We need to check the logs and find out why it is doing it.

Can someone help me to find the logs?

You can find some log files with webdiag located in the OMC Tools menu. Go to System/System Files

Can you tell me more specific way how to take log?? how to check those logs
