remote extension with external number and SIP trunk

Hi . I'm running an oxe R12.3 and have issues with remote extension pointing to a mobile.
The issue is linked to PSTN access performed with a SIP Trunk to call the mobile . (ISDN access, that I also have on my platform do not have the issue)

Issue is the following :
no call issue to SIP trunk provider when calls coms from outside.

on the opposite, when call comes from inside (another user), Remote extension=mobile, is rung correctly

when performing SIP traces I clearly see no INVITE sent to carrier in the faulty scenario. I see the incoming INVITE from PSTN, followed by ACK, TRYING, RINGING, and no ERROR message. Only a normal CANCEL at the end when caller is fed up and stop call

Is there any parameter somewhere that blocks such call ?

Again, no issue, on the same platform if I use ISDN

Of course I have checked connexion cat (5), ... also SIP Ext GW, System/other system/SIP Parameter, Trunk, ... I don't know where to check more even I'm persuaded a setting blocks this, I don't believe it's a bug

Hi, we are in Luxembourg, and WE are the carrier Telkea Telecom
the thing is that it's not link to the carrier has no INVITE is sent to the carrier side. The issue is on the oxe side

Is the same SIP trunk used for both inbound call and REX to mobile call?
ISDN -->REX-->SIP ok?
SIP other trunk -->REX --> SIP trunk ok?
SIP-->REX-->ISDN ok?
System/ Other System Param/ System Parameters/ Specific EI status for GSM activated or not?

Can you show us the traces of both SIP incoming call and REX outbound call towards the mobile?

Hi, yes same SIP Trunk. But I've found a config that works. Not sure it's the best.
Indeed when I modify the internal SIP Gateway to use a "ISDN all countries" trunk instead of an ABCF trunk it works.

However I'm doubting it can have an impact on other SIP stuff such as internal trunks (to OTMS, ..) or SIP Devices.

In idea if this is a good idea ?

Use several SIP trunks, usually one main SIP ABCF and other SIP ISDN...

This is what I did
I have trunk 1 = ABCF, trunk 2 : ISDN

ext SIP gw uses trunk 2
if internal gw uses 1 I have the issue

if I set in internal gw trunk 2 then it wotks

My question is : does it have a potential negativ impact on other SIP connecion (SIP devices, OTMS, Rainbow, ...)

Should not. ALE recommendation is anyway for any external trunk ISDN and any ALE product ABCF.
There is a TC for SIP you can find more info there.
