OXO Connect Voice Mail

Hello,

I tried to find documentation regarding OXO Connect Voice Mail services.
My question: how does e-mail sending work with VM call sample ?
As I know it is needed to apply it with Pimphony Pro, but the detailed description is unknown for me.
Please help to find the appropriate documentation.

For VoiceMail:
Documentation package > System Documentation > OXO_Connect_3.0_sd_VoiceMail-8AL91203USAF_1_en
For Voice2eMail specific;
Documentation package > System Documentation > OXO_Connect_3.0_sd_UserServices_8AL91202USAF_en

how to configure:
OMC > Subscribers Base Stations List > User Details > Central services > Email notification.

When i start Firstspot i get the failure Media Connect Status: UNKNOWN
