UNOBTAINABLE DIAL BY NAME

Hi All,

Need assistant, when using the Qwerty keypad of IP Phone 8028s the "unobtainable" error has been prompt. (OXO CONNECT)
then when using textmail features the qwerty keypad works at all.

any suggestion and advised is really appreciated.
