Time based call limitation on Alcatel OmniPCX Office

Hello,
I need information about the availability of time based call limitation on OmniPCX Office. It is asked in a RFP that a subscriber's outgoing call should be limited according to duration which can be set by the system administratior. Is it possible to manage such feature on OXO?
