Qos Configuration for Isolated network

Hi,

We are testing for isolated network.In which isolated network should not talk to any other existing network and vice versa except one pc from existing network should talk to one pc of isolated network.

We execute following commands,But it is not meeting our requirement.
Command line is attached.

Why is it not meeting your requirements? What is (not) working?

I guess you will need to have an established rule to allow "returning" traffic otherwise it could get blocked as well?

try to use show qos log (and enable logging on your rules) to figure oute what happens
