VAA transfer to oxe

Hello colleagues!
Now I'm setting up an internal autooperator in OT 2.2
Faced such a problem, i can not transfer call to the user OXE.
On the OTMS user transfer it works perfectly.
Help with advice on what i can do.

Have you set up the dial plan in the OT? so all the OXE extns

Yes, the dial plan is set up. OTMS (3xx) users can call OXE (5xx) users without any problems and vice versa.
