Alternativ Clip on internal User

Dear experts,

can I configurate an alternative CLIP on internal calls?

Means: I have a user 100 which sends the external clip 111 to the external user. But our costumer wants to send the CLIP 111 also to internal users instead the 100.
How can I solve this question?

I don't know if this works (never tested) but it should: create a multi line key on user 100 with as 100 and one with 111. When you press the 111 multi line key you should be seen as 111. In abrev numbering I think you could associate a name to 111.
I'll try to test this in my lab tomorrow if I have time.

Dear Experts,

One user an two multilines with different internal Numbers work´s.

My problem:

an internal IT-Hotline (1999) from my customer with 10 or more users.
all this user with different internal number want use the Hotline Number 199 for outgoing internal dials...... i can not create a multiline with the same number on different sets. the hotline can be a virtuell set or any other set Outgoing external call´s can use "personal calling number".

Can you help me?

I think for internal calls you cannot change number - but may be will be enough to manage item "displayed name" in user parameters? In this case on called set will present both numbers.
