Identify database

Post by alejandro_heras »

Hello:

We've discovered incoherences on a search engine used by 4068 IP touch terminal.

The search engine is managed by this button/option:

Anyone knows where looks up this search engine? LDAP? PBX? Both of them? any other database?

Thanks!

That is MyIC home. OTUC was old name. PBX and ldap internal directory was first options. You could also add external ldap directories like Windows AD for example.

The problem is that we've found an entry on MyIC home that is neither registered on PBX nor LDAP...

Is there a way to limit the search to PBX and LDAP? or just PBX?

In the phone book settings of the WebAdmin interface. Don't remember if can do only PBX, but PBX could be excluded or disabled.

Here is the real problem:

When we perform a search on MyIC, for example: directory 64599, the results are:

According to MyIC documentation:

So, first instance is from OTUC/PBX and the last result instance is from LDAP.

We've checked PBX, OTUC and LDAP and theres no 64599 directory related to Surname2-Name2, neither on outlook personal directory.

Where does this entry come from?
