Break-In Alcatel to a remote site

I would like to configure mine OXO to deal with break-in calls.
What I already did:
1) Instalation number: 36753700
2) Internal Numbering Plan: Secundary Trunk Group: range 3710 - 3719 ARS NMT:Keep and PRIV:Yes
3) ARS public 36753712 replace: 3712 TrGrp:3 (placa VOIP Gatweway:remote IP

When I call from the public network, the call stays at the Alcatel and does not go on...
Where do I go wrong???

I think you can call the remote site from an internal extension.

If you want to send a call from the public network to the privat, you must set the number in the Public Num plan:
Secondary trunk group / Range of the PSTN numbers / base:ARS / NNMT: keep / Priv: yes
