4.x NOE firmware for 4018EE

Hi Guys,
I would like to ask if somebody can provide binaries/firmware for 4018EE, version at least 4.X. I have two those phones and need to switch them to SIP standalone mode but has 3.x firmware. What I can see phones is asking for:

bin4018-header, bin4018, noe4018-header, noe4018, dat4018-header, dat4018

I guess I need just some some of them...
