Forward on busy or no reply problem

Hi there,

I got a problem with ” Forward on busy or no reply” and “Immediate forward on busy”
The problem is that I can not forward to external numbers. It works fine with internal.
All users got Phone facility 0 (show below) I have testet on my own system and there is no problem

I can use “Immediate forward” to external numbers with no problem!
Any suggestions ?

Flemming, Bad news my friend cannot do, only Immed and No Answer will work to an external number.. :(

I am sry m8, but i think u are wrong. I just activatet it on my own set 5 min ago and testet it. Works fine for external call...

PS: Can u tell me if u have seen this in the dokumentation somewhere? I would like to read about it but cant find it anywhere.

Very interesting, been working the system for over 10 years and havn't been able to do it and you tell you can , please tell me you secrets to get this to work. The system was designed to not allow forword on Busy due to the fact you must be on you deskset why would you want the call to go to a cell/Mobile when you are on the phone......


So flemming please enlighten us all of how you did it so i can pass it onto my customers. :o

It has been implemented in one of latest releases. Has no time to search docs.

Just checked.Call forwarding to external number "on busy" or "on busy or no reply" supposed to work since R6.0

My Release is newer than R6.0 and the customer is older than R6.0.
