forwarding on text message

One of my customers is forwarding severals sets to textmesage ro show internal callers "awaymessages". Everything works fine until i have to reboot. Then all these forwardings are gone. I don´t see them in any configuration. I called Alcatel and they said that this is normal and no bug and will not be changed. does anyone have an idea where these info are stored? and if there is a posibility to backup these info?

Hi all,

i would like to ask something regarding to this topic,
how to make forward to text disappear once and for all,
i have set to 0 (disable) all forwarding feature like immediate forward and such,
and set to 1(activate) all kind of protect.against forward stuff.
and the caller would get absence mode if the called set has forward to text feature on.
