oxe user name not displaying in OT user search option

When i m trying to call OXE user from OT through by searching name, its not showing name of OXE user.
Even when i m also dialing the OXE user ext no ,its not displaying name. But the calls are established in both the cases.
Please help me out.

On Ot 》directory》Oxe phonebook force synchro done on ot? May be period set to 0 which means no synchro ....just a thought
