keep the main screen in X8 and X9

Post by agurain »

Hi,

I need to keep the main personal screen in all states: when the phone receive or answer a call.

I want the screen don´t change and keep the normal viewing (the personal menu with its multi-line keys).

Anyone know how can I do this???

Not possible as there are dynamic states. While on Call you see call information and actions.

Can you explain what you really need? Just to see multi-line keys with state? Just use additional console (smart with 14 keys) and manage multi-line keys on add-on module instead of main screen of the set.

OK,

can be the solution!!!

I can manage the multiline keys in the module and the transfer key in another fix key , F1 for example (the user needs transfer calls between diferent multiline keys), and I will have all the transfer posibilities in static keys independly of the dynamic state of user....

That´s the solution, thanks "vad"
