Thanks in advance
we are in need for your valuable support for the below mentioned issue :-
We did the following :-
1- RHEL 6.5 installed on our server
2- We already accessed the GUI mode under root account
3- We already mounted the messaging software DVD and get accessed
4- We started to install the messaging software by checking hardware compatibility (path : /media /cd rom / ) via command checkSystemLinux.sh
5- After we issued the above command , we got the error : this server is not installed with an UC/ICS/NGVM – Compliant update of RHEL 5 [failed]
Please advise , How we can solve this problem ?

Please...please... Please...at least read the instructions on the installation guide. You are doing this by following your instincts? That definitely will not work
