Alcatel Office-E 4.0 physical adapter 86-120

Hi,

while configuring a virtual user on a 4200E, rev 4.2, a new user without a number or type appears on the physical adress 86-120-1

Deleting is not possible,
modifiying brings also an error.

Does somebody know's how to delete the fault entry?
Modifiying any other user is not possible at this time
