Instalation of ACTIS in WIN8.1

I am trying to make the installation of the new ACTIS in a new PC whit the WIN8.1 whit the latest updates of the windows, when I run the setup file opens the blue window and after a window whit the following message "internal error".

Do some one have this problem and have any solution?
