Number of Rings per Entity

I want to change the number of rings for a specific entity. I know I can change that on System Time 4, but that would be for the entire system. Is there a way to change for the entity or a particular group?
Also, what controls the number of minutes someone is on hold before the ring back?

You dont do it by entity it is done by Fac Cat depending on your software release.

You can only change the number of rings in release OXE 10+ I think.
Before that, it is one setting, systemwide.
