what is difference between Z32 and eZ32

Hi all,

my customer Z32 board is break down and need to replace it. it is difficult to find a board in the market. I only find eZ32 board.
Is it possible to use EZ32 and user license to replace Z32?

yes, if oxe software release support ez32.
also like you say: you have to buy 32 analog user licenses.
the ty1 system cable connection is the same for both interface cards.

Usually no. In Release before 5 Lx - cannot be used eZ32.
If system was migrated you will have problem with licences - for Z32 used "202 Migration analog user" and for eZ32 "174 Call handling: Analogue users".

Customer currently using eZ32 card and they upgrade their system to release 11. Can they use Z32 card instead of eZ32 ?

As I remember - Z32 more expensive, why you want use them? Usually Z32 board - old/used.
In additional for user on Z32 board used another lock - not 174 but 202 Migration analog user.

In another words - you can use (with some condition) but you shall understand - why you need this.

some of the older z32 boards cannot spent callcenter features to noe telephone sets.

There is no eZ32 cards available in Australia. I can get only Z32 cards at the moment. Customer is fully aware about that the card is more expensive and it loaded with licenses.
