can't possible to reach enterprise directory from 4019

Hello,

We have some problem with 4019. In fact, we don't have any access to the enterprise directory from these phones.
We have a OmniPCX 4400.
On the 4019 manual, it indicates that it's possible to see the enterprise directory.
I see some information that this issue is just possible on OXO...

Could you confirm this information please?

On my side, I find strange that it's possible on OXO and no by OmniPCX.

Depends on the license bought: standard or advanced for IP sets I think.

We have just UA phones (4019) and no IP phones. But if I understand that, it's necessary to have the good licence. However, the others phones(4029, 4039, 4035...) can make searches call by name.

4019 and 4018 can't use the dial by name function with OXE software. reason is that there are completely different teams responsible for software in OXO vs. OXE world.

[kidding mode]i am an expert... sometimes i feel like drawing transparent lines. you can't see them but they are there... maybe on OXO this tiny little 4018/9 becomes a keyboard. but it was just drawed with transparent ink. and also i think the 4018/9 is getting transparent wings if you connect it to the OXO

Actually I know it is possible what he asks. I do not know exactly what needs to be enabled but is should be the dial by name on user features I guess.
Regarding my first post in your case I was referring to Advances reflexes users license (lock 173) against Standard reflexes license (lock 316).

The presales engineer has the opportunity to reduce the price of the solution by choosing standard licenses:

so it work in this way on OXO but do not work on OXE.
