Mediant 800 - Trunk SIP to Analog Trunk OXE

My customer have a configuration SIP TRUNK - AUDIOCODES (Mediant 800) - OXE IPMG.
The Audiocodes has a configuration routing IP to IP which received the trunk SIP to bring analog trunks to APA 8 in IPMG.
We realize that sometimes incoming calls are cutted off from cisco router who has the trunk SIP.
It doesnt have any pattern of behave.
Our provider sugest that in Audiocodes be unabled all methods except replaces. ¿Is it possible?
Sombody, could teach me please, how to remove this methods from the audiocodes?
