I do know that PIMphony Team is a standalone software that does not need a phone meaning thru the PIMphony Team you can answer call queries thru the PC with headset, right?

My question is does the PIMphony Team can be used as a Agent softphone? any recommendations?

Of course, you can use the PIMPhony Team without phone, but you need VoIP board and IP-Pimphony media user software licence (Alcatel ref: 3EH03103AB) (and the PIMPhony Team Licence).
