set supervision /long ring / Headset

hi,

i have a question,... i have a setsupervision with long ring.

the normal ringing i can press the answer button on the headset and i have the connection.
a ringing from setsupervision, i must press the answer button on the phone not on the headset...... this is not that i want.

can anybody help me?

What is your requirement? It is a normal function of set supervision.

in the user (multiline properties) is take supervision off hook enabled?
