outbound caller ID after entering PIN code?

Post by d-mgr »

OXE R11
Prefix 9: ARS professional TG w/overlap using route list 0 with PIN code set to TRUE
Users have PIN NO validated with universal access also using private calling number set to TRUE. NPD allowed use of private calling number. All works fine.
When a user calls cell phone from another phone the outbound ID is always his private calling number and not the phone in use. This is because after entering the PIN the call assumes the users identity.
I need the outbound caller ID to always be that of the phone which youre calling from.
Example

User A X1234 (DID# 991-1234) enters ARS prefix then external number then PIN NO from USER B X4321 (DID# 991-4321) and enter his private PIN number.
caller ID shows 991-1234
I need it to be 991-4321

Can this be managed?

Thanks

Use in ARS another NPD (without "Autorize personal calling number use")

from the document.. once pin is selected the pin code owner caller ID is sent out as designed.

As of R9.0, the PIN code of the caller can be requested to access an ARS route list.
This feature allows to make the distinction between the PIN code owner and the set owner.
When the PIN code is requested for an outgoing call, barring is performed according to the
rights of the PIN code owner. In addition, the PIN code owner is charged for the call. This
feature is useful for sets in free access.

from R 11
System Option
Select CLI of physical set for priv call

CLI of physical set for priv call
Select:

True: The CLI number sent to the public network is the directory number of the used set

False (default value): The CLI number sent to the public network is the directory number of the user (owner of the PIN code) who makes the private call even if he/she does not use his/her physical set
