DTMF not working in 4035T

Good evening, I am working with an OXE release 7, I am using a device to have a line in the USA using Internet (magicjack). This line is put in a NDDI trunk. When I use an analog phone and i make the call to a given number, it gets to an AA, I can press as for example key *+1 and it takes me to the next level tree, so it works; but when I try to make the same with the 4035T, after the given number gets to the AA I press *+1, it doesn´t take to the next level tree, the AA continuos talking.
Please somewone can helpme.

For digital set and NDDI.
1) When you start to dial from digital set - user in conversation (conversation duration timer started or not)?
2) If you in conversation - you need to dial PREFIX DTMF End-to-end dialing (not suffix)

yes you need dtmf end to end prefix , you can programe a key in the set with dtmf END TO END DIALLING and just press this key while in conve to pass transparency dtm mode ? CHECK ALSO this feature under cos

Good morning,
First, the prefix created for dtmf end to end dialing is the *, When the AA answer me I press it and after the key 1 to go to the next level tree but it doesn´t work.
Second, I press the dynamic key that shows the display of the phone, DTMF, then I press the key 1, and doesn´t work.
Third, in the trunk group, I selected yes to the dtmf end to end dialing, I can watch in the display of the phone that it works, but doesn´t accept the keys, I mean I press key 1, that sounds and appears in the display,but it doesn´t do anything the AA continuos talking and doesn´t accept any of the options that I press.

check with call to usual set (not AA).
Dial via NDDI to user, answer. After try to use DTMF feature.
User (remote end) - hear DTMF tones or "music on hold"?

Good evening, I made the test without AA, calling from outside to an inside extension I press * to dial DTMF and I can hear the tones.
Any other idea, I will appreciate that.

Are you sure is a digital and not ip set 4037? Seems to me a payload issue. What happens if you use a nddi to a normal landline?

Good evening, yes it is a 4035T, when I use a NDDI trunk with analogue phone it works ok.

Besides, in local lines, entering to AA it works fine with 4035T, but in special to this account in the USA in Chicago is the problem, With analogue phone works ok, but with 4035T, you can hear the tones but it doesn´t route the call.
