4029 phone stucked on 66% of firmware upgrade

Hi guys,

Hi have done two days ago an OXE upgrade from rel 9.0 to rel 11.0.1 and all work fine.
After that we receive one request for customer that the user 5983464 type 4029 shows "Flashing Soft: 66 %"
I think is still upgrading at 66% ( is still like that at least last three hours ).
When I check it by "downstat t" command I can see :

If any have this trouble before, please let me know your recommendations, I know if we unplug or reset the phone this can make the phone useless.

did you saw it in any tc if you unplug the phone will be useless after?first time I hear this..

Sorry, I don't have confirmed that unplugging the phone can make it useless, but is the usual behavior of the phones ( or other devices) when turn off or unplug whe are flashing.
Do you have any experience about it? I can take the risk if don´t have sure.

Finally solved.
I change the physical address to 255-255-255 and go back to the original , then start a new flashing and finish OK.
Another change was the Phone COS with “Download policy” = ASAP ( before DELAYED)
