IP Touch 4038 / Stuck with all lights on at startup

Hello,

I'm facing a weird issue today with an Alcatel Phone IP Touch 4038. Phone restarted and get stuck with all leds on and a blank screen. It doesn't boot at all. I've tried to connect it with an electrical powerplug instead of the PoE and still the same.

Is it a way to reset this phone or resend the FirmWare?

Search the forum for similar issues. If don't remembar bad was a memory issue on some devices

Got it! seems to be a kind of memory trouble....

So, what's next? If out of warranty, nothing else can be done?! They are only supported for 1 or 2 years of warranty... I'm so disappointed.

Directly to Alcatel? How shall I proceed?
sorry for my dumb question, but I've asked my provider: NextiraOne and as the devices are 4 years old, nothing else will be done.

The only thing interesting that the engineer told me is that another customer had the same issue. He changed the device and kept the other one. Few months after, he took it back as it forgot if it was really broken or not and it worked again like a charm.
Really curious. Kind of defect on this series.
