I have few question about Alcatel products, I appreciate it if you can guide me

where to find the OS of the Alcatel Platforms, in case if I want to update the software, and see the new release OS ?

primary alcatel businesspartner web if you have access, otherwise ask your reseller. You can also use google, at least one partner (alcadis.nl) has public accessible AOS Files.
