Ip Phones Connectivity issue

Hi there,

We have Omni PCX office in our office.

1) I downlaoded VoIP Package without data save option and system lost all of its configuration after reset.

2) I changed the IP address 192.168.92.246 (By default IP Address) to our LAN compatiable address after reset and later on tried to do the restore from Advacnce 4035 set. Just at this stage, all the phone went down, message appear on the advance set that system restore is in progress and resulting in a collapse of everything. I think something garbage was uploaded from EPROM resulting a scratch. At this stage I was able to ping the IP address but was not able to make the connectivity through PM 5.

3) I used lola tool and restore data from my previous backup.

4) Now problem is that my Dect, analog and didgital sets are operational but IP phones are not connecting. IP addresses are all same as these were before.

Any ideas how I can resolve this issue. One of my friend told me that during lola installation, latest OS has been installed and because of which there is verson conflict btw IP Phones and PBX because of which it is unable to get its profile from PBX. Interesting thing is that I can ping all the IPs which are defined for IP phones but these are not connecting with PBX. I am using PM 5 and lola´s latest versions. How can i erase all the configuration from IP Phones so that I can connect these with LAN again so that I may add these phone with PM 5 once again, it might resolve the issue.

Looking forward for immediate assistance. Also pls let me know if any further information is needed.
