OS6400 POE PORTS NOT WORKING

Hi, we have an OS6400P48 with release 6.4.3.609.R01 with 510 Watts power supply
There are IP Touch phones connected with PoE and suddenly PoE stops working, ports with PC´s connected are working OK.
If we reboot the switch the PoE works fine. But after 2 or 3 days happens the same

The switch is working in stack with another 6400P48, the switch with the problems is stack 2, switch stack 1 has no problems.
I´m attaching the logs of the switch
Can anyone help us

Can't read anything out of the log files, as theses are no cleartext files

I would (as always) upgrade to the latest code (6.4.4.669 or 6.4.5.516) and see whether this fixes anything
