Hi,

how do you save / restore the database ?
If you do a backup of mao etc. on harddisk via swinst you can restore these files to another cs.

CS2 Backup on Harddisk -> get the Backup via ftp -> put the Backup on CS, restore from Harddisk, finished.

Important: the CS should have the same softwareversion or higher than the CS2, you cannot restore a
database to an older softwareversion.

The last thing is, that the cpu-id in the license-key of the database is different to your new cpu-id.

Hi,

a pleasure to greet him, I'm having some problems with my software, initially worked smoothly after different loads in different pbx I began to notice that I had problems with DHS3ext directory, solve copying the missing files to the directory. now note that when attempting to lift a trunk sip DHS3bin get errors in directory, I guess when I charge the full software directories teransfiere not, let me know what is happening in that software load since I have been doing in the same way ever, and by the end tells me OK. however still incomplete transferring directories, I downloaded the software several times in the Business Portal, and the result is the same. I apologize for my bad drafting.

regards
