Hi,
We have a user who will divide his time 50% between two buildings. Which means he has two IP phones on both of his desks.
No he would like to use only one number, for both phones. Is this possible with a certain setting.
The only solution I could think off is to set up a call group with his own number as call group number....with his two phones in that group with new extension numbers....
Then sign in / sign out when he is at his phone...
Is this the normal way of setting this up, or what are the other options?
Thanks!
One user using two IP phones, but same number

Use Desk Sharing User and Desk Sharing Station for this.
Create two sets with the funktion Desk Sahring Set. ( fictive number ) .
Register this sets.
Create the real number of the user with the funktion Desk Sharing User.
The you can login with the user on the two sets.
Keep a eye on the phone facility cat.
