Hi,
I'm checking one of our customer installed base using OXE Crystal, there are reported issue and also I confirmed that when I do an ALL INSTANCE in USER Parameter I get slow response from OXE. I waited for more than 3 minutes when it suddenly displayed all extensions.
I tried to check the incvisu and I found this error: 19/02/14 11:28:54 000001M|---/--/-/---|=2:2677=Maoagent : Exception 11, operatio
n GET, object SUBSCRIBER, PC = 0x08448f44.
Also we found out that the Omni Vista cannot sycnchronized with OXE anymore.
Anu possible reason this is happening?

HD ? CPU is OK based on customer installed base? Meaning... He may have increased users and so but never the CPU.

Appreciate the reply, we downloaded the mao file from site and have it simulated in our lab. we'll consider also the DB consistency.

I would first do a backup.
Then check the database:
cdmao
checkdb
Rebuild the database and dictionary:
cdmao
fichges -force_recover_dico
Then do a full CPU duplication, and a double bascule.
Before you do anything, clear the backtraces with
increset
5
then do the manipulation again.
do excvisu after, and see if you have a backtrace.
if you do, then you are entitled to open a case with Alcatel-Lucent
Then check the database:
cdmao

For now we cannot open a case to ALU because customer's OXE has an expired SMS. Sales team is negotiating the SPS offer to the client.

You can still open a case with ALU if you have a certified engineer, and if the release is supported.
